Michal also takes part in the professional development of younger members of the office and manages its publishing activities.

Marie is an attorney and a partner at the firm. She is involved in providing advice to the office's key clients across sectors, all the while specializing in employment law as well as contract and dispute agenda.

Martin is an attorney and team leader. He focuses primarily on litigation, with which he has extensive experience in large and complex cases, mainly involving insurance, construction, transport, leases and a wide range of other sectors. Martin also brings this experience to bear on the construction law agenda, where he assists clients with the implementation of construction projects, including representation before authorities and administrative courts.

As a lawyer and team leader, Magdalena deals with contract law, transactional advisory, corporate law and real estate. She has worked for one of the leading domestic investment groups.

Jana is an attorney and patronizes the office's branch in Hradec Králové. She specializes in providing legal advice, especially in the field of labor law and collective bargaining, business obligations, and real estate. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in labor law and commercial disputes.

Lukáš specializes mainly in litigation, a practice he previously engaged in at international law firms. He has experience in civil, commercial and administrative disputes. During his time in the legal profession, he also dealt with insolvency, including incidental disputes. He also deals with construction law at endors.

Zuzana specializes as an attorney in criminal defense, representation of victims in criminal proceedings and compliance. In addition, she represents clients in misdemeanour proceedings, extradition and extradition proceedings, as well as in disputes concerning compensation for damages and non-pecuniary harm resulting from unlawful criminal prosecution.

Tereza specializes in obligation law, real estate law, and litigation. As part of her practice thus far, she was a member of legal teams in the provision of comprehensive legal consulting in a number of important national and international acquisitions in the field of real estate, among other things.

Michal is an attorney specializing in transactional advisory, corporate law, contract law, and real estate matters. In his practice, he focuses on providing comprehensive legal services across a range of areas, including corporate transformations and real estate development projects.

As a trainee lawyer, Patrik mainly deals with the litigation and obligations agenda, but he also participates in legal consulting regarding the field of corporate bonds, intellectual property rights, and property crime. He started at endors as a legal assistant.

Jiří is a legal assistant and mainly deals with construction law, public procurements, property crime and matrimonial property law. In addition to law school, he studied civil engineering and worked abroad for over 10 years, where he gained experience renovating historical complexes. Thanks to this, he has a completely unique insight into the field of construction.

Lukáš focuses primarily on private law as an associate. In cooperation with attorneys, he provides legal advice to clients mainly in the areas of transactions, corporate and contract law. During his studies he gained valuable experience in a notary's office.

Beáta is a trainee lawyer, and in collaboration with her colleagues at endors, provides comprehensive legal advice, particularly in the areas of contractual relations, litigation, and labor law. Beáta works at our branch office in Hradec Králové.

Kilián is finishing his sdudies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and holds the position of legal assistant at endors. He primarily assists attorneys and paralegals by preparing legal research through analysis of relevant legislation, case law and reviewing legal documents.

Daniel is a student at the Faculty of Law and Philosophy at Charles University in Prague and works as a legal assistant in our office. In this position, he supports attorneys and trainee lawyers by conducting research on legal regulations, specialized literature, and case law. He also prepares and revises legal documentation.

Kateřina is an experienced Office Director with a comprehensive knowledge of human resources management and administrative operations. Her goal is to create a work environment where employees feel motivated, valued and have room to grow. In addition to strategically managing HR processes, including recruitment, training and talent development, she also ensures the efficient management of office operations to keep everything running smoothly. Her strengths lie in her ability to combine a human touch with a focus on efficiency and results so that colleagues have everything they need to succeed.

Soňa as a Front and Back Office Assistant ensures the smooth operation of the reception at our branch in Prague 1. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in administrative work. Her goal is to provide excellent support to the team.
